Alex Lora Interview

Through collaborative documentary, CCNY Film alumni and Award-winning filmmaker Alex Lora dedicates himself to socially sensitive issues: “Parivara” (A family) is a short film about an orphanage for blind children in Nepal; “The Fourth Kingdom,” is a documentary about building a community in a can redemption center, and “Thy Fathers Chair,” is a film about two Orthodox Jewish brothers who, after hoarding for ten years, come to terms with their surroundings. In this interview, Alex reveals how his films reflect the needs of those who have, in some way, been disenfranchised.
